Cancellation Policy
If you cannot attend, a colleague can attend in your
place, just let us know.
Cancellations received before May 1, 2004 are fully refundable.
Cancellations between May 1 and June 11, 2004 will be charged a 200
Euro processing fee.
No refunds after June 11, 2004.
All cancellations must be in writing.
