Established in 1986, CTF now has 50 researchers and research students who are variously involved
in business administration, working life science, sociology and psychology.
Professors and senior research fellows are associated with the center as research supervisors.
CTF is involved in research, undergraduate and graduate education and cooperation with companies
and other organizations in various areas of managing service.

Visiting Professor
CTF welcome Agnes Durrande, Professor of Marketing at the University of Savoie in France, who will be visting CTF during the months March to May. She is visiting CTF to learn from Swedish pedagogical methods, to study the "Nordic services management School" and to conduct research work with CTF members.
